1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by KO Commercial Appraisal Los Angeles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
KO Commercial Appraisal provides commercial real estate appraisal services including estate appraisals, lending appraisals, divorce appraisals, and tax assessment services. Appraisals are performed by Kevin O'Brien, MAI, SRA, California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, License #3005065.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the property to be appraised. This includes access to the property, relevant documents, and any information that may affect the appraisal value.
4. Appraisal Reports
Appraisal reports are provided for the specific purpose stated in the engagement letter. The appraisal is valid as of the effective date stated in the report. We are not responsible for changes in market conditions after the appraisal date.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the engagement letter. Appraisal fees are due upon completion of the appraisal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the appraisal service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our appraisal reports.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and appraisal data. Information will only be disclosed as required by law or with client consent.
